Strong Not Sorry’s most popular program. For this 12 week program, you will need access to a full commercial gym (dumbbells, machines, cables).
The 12 weeks are broken into 3, 4 week cycles. You will see progress not only from week to week, but cycle to cycle as well. There will be 2 upper body days focused on bench or overhead press, 2 lower body days focused on squats or deadlifts, and 1 total body day per week.
Who is this program for? Those that get EXCITED to see their strength increase. Who like to lift heavy weights. Each movement will be linked to a short demo video so that you can assess your own form. You also receive habit trackers, recipes, and a grocery list with the purchase of your program.
