I'm Nicolle!
Nicolle Imig, RD - Bachelors of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics.
My Mission
My mission is to provide the support and tools needed to create sustainable habits for the long-term. My experience in this space has shaped me into who I am as a coach and what I want to give to my clients, which is more than just an individualized nutrition program. My style of coaching not only focuses on helping you nourish your body, but breaking through mental blocks that are holding you back.
I completed the Dietetic Internship in June 2022, which consisted of 1200+ hours of Supervised Professional Practice in 3 domains (Food Service, Community, & Clinical) and is required to sit for the Registered Dietitian Exam. I passed my exam in October of 2022, but I have been in the Health & Fitness space for going on 8 years, where I have experience coaching in-person/virtual clients to achieve their nutrition and strength goals.
Do you know what healthy looks like for you?
It started with “clean eating.” I thought my obsession with health was what I needed to finally be happy in my body. 2 years later, a lower weight, still not happy. I knew something had to change, so I stopped seeing health as a specific body type or weight, but as a feeling. I started to appreciate what my body could do for me, rather than making it smaller.
Listen, I’m not anti-weight loss, but I am anti unrealistic diet trends that are sustainable and can be very dangerous tactics and impossible to attain. I care more about helping others learn to become the healthiest versions of themselves. I don’t do this by making BS claims of unrealistic outcomes. I think it’s so important to remember that we all have different needs and there is no ONE way to be healthy.

1:1 Nutrition Coaching requires a 3-month minimum commitment. All my programs are customized for whatever level of support each individual client needs. You are not just receiving "macros" with me. You will receive the support and tools to help make sustainable changes in your nutrition that leads to long-lasting benefits for your health and well-being.
