I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and competitive powerlifter with 4 years of experience in coaching, group fitness, and online training. I am so pumped that you’re here!

My Journey

My journey to become a coach started like many others, with my own fitness journey. As a young person I was sold the same view of “womens fitness” that we all have, be as small as possible, don’t lift too heavy of weights, don’t take up too much room. It wasn’t until I had a college professor put a barbell in my hand that I realized there was more to fitness than shrinking. I trained for my first Powerlifting meet in 2022 under Erin, and now I coach my own clients to help them get on the platform for the first time! 

Learning how to train and fuel for strength and athleticism has been transformative for me in every way. I never saw myself as an athlete and it wasn’t until I dove into strength training and found the barbell that I realized I was capable of so much more than I thought. I firmly believe in a body neutral, health at every size approach to fitness and nutrition. My goal is to be who I needed when I started learning to lift weights.
 
There is so much power in knowledge and there is so much information (good and bad) out there about strength training and fitness. I pride myself in using my high level of knowledge and education to help you figure out what to implement and what to set aside in order to live your fullest, happiest, healthiest life. I help you weed through the nonsense, the distractions, and the diet culture, and use science and evidence based practices to help get you closer to your goals.
