Welcome! I'm Erin - NSCA CSCS, NASM CPT, FNS, CES.

I like to think that I am an advocate for those that haven’t quite found their strength yet. I like big, scary goals, and I am everyone’s biggest cheerleader. My biggest passion is coaching and teaching.

Everything I do is centered around helping others love the skin they’re in.

My Mission

My goal is to help as many women as I can break into their strength and live the life they’re proud of. Bringing you strength and resiliency through fun and effective training so that you can feel empowered and confident to take on the world.

Growing up I played softball, volleyball, and golf. I was always active, but I constantly yo-yo dieted and never lifted any weights. If I was in the gym, I was on the treadmill or elliptical, bored out of my ever loving mind.

It wasn’t until I packed on about 40 pounds in college and reached a low point with my mindset that I realized I needed to make a change. That’s when I found the barbell. Strength training changed everything for me. I started working out and eating better because I gained this new respect for my body and what I saw it was capable of. And now? I am on a mission to help every woman I can gain that same respect for their body.

I truly believe that knowledge is the greatest weapon we have to fight against doubt and insecurity. My aim is to equip the women in my life with the resources and education they need to understand their training and nutrition and be set up for long term success.
