My Mission

I’ve done the diets. I’ve done the fad workouts. I’ve tried all the trendy studios. I’ve done a LOT of trial and error. What it’s all led me to is the definitive belief that there’s an opportunity for every person to find a way they enjoy moving, and I am here to debunk the idea that there’s a “right” way to find fitness. My background in Public Health and Women & Gender Studies, as well as competitive athletics and sports performance, are elements I combine and apply to my coaching every day, to make sure I provide an intersectional, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to wellness. Certified in Women’s Coaching as well, bringing in elements of hormonal wellbeing and a specific eye towards what strength looks like for female and AFAB clients is one of my absolute favorite things. I am sick of the idea that weightlifting for women means sticking to light weights and high reps, and want everyone to have an opportunity to feel exactly what their body is capable of.
